What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After High Intensity Cardio Workout?

Hi, I am a pretty active person....I started a high intensity cardio workout on Monday (It's a 5 day plan, I'm on the last day) On Wednesday I started bleeding. I have mirena and haven't had my period in 3 years, not have I spotted since it was first placed. The bleeding has happened twice, the last two days....why?
