OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pain during intercourse is unlikely due to the effect of birth control pills.
It is most likely due to vaginal infection or pelvic infection.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including vaginal swab examination and get treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
