What Causes Vomiting, Loss Of Appetite And Swollen Eyes After A Head Concussion?

Hi, I have had a severe head concussion whilst living in Asia, I was dragged from a tuk tuk as I was robbed, I think, but I have lost several hours of memory. I have had stitches but the medical care in Cambodia is very poor. It has been one week now and I am worried because I have barely eaten, I vomitted most of my food and water in the first few days and now I am just not hungry. my eyes sting so much and feel swollen as is my head and I am sleeping for up to 20 hours a day with very disturbed sleep. I am worried about what could be going on inside my head and am wondering if I should make my way to Bangkok for a CAT scan?

Answer :
Vomiting is due to increased pressure inside the skull
Swollen Eye are due to Periorbital Edema
Both of these symptoms necessitate further evaluation

Question : am wondering if I should make my way to Bangkok for a CAT scan?
Answer : Yes. You have to go for a CAT Scan
