What Causes Weak And Sore Legs When Suffering From Type 2 Diabetes?
My feet started hurting about 15 years ago. I have been to many specialists but no diagnosis. Now my legs are weak and sore also. I cannot walk more than about half a block. My doctor believes it is nerve pain in my feet from. Type 2 diabetes. Says loose weight exer exercise. I also have fiber yogis which doesn't bother my doctor too much he said it ignores it. What ideas for what may be happening?
Hi Welcome to Health care magic. I read your question. It would be nice if you please mention the duration you were diagnosed with Diabetes type II and if it is controlled or not. Your symptoms correlate with Diabetic peripheral neuropathy. It surely requires control of sugar level with in range, Loss of weight, Diet control. I suggest you to practice yoga and walk (if you can start with little bit) Consult a neurologist for further treatment. Pregabalin and Mecobalamin usually helps but doses are set by physician. I hope this answer helps.
