Hello Doctor. I am a 32years old woman and have dry/sensitive skin. About a week ago, I found some whiteheads on my nose and chin for the first time of my life and I squeezed them out with my nail....the next day, whiteheads started to spread out and turned black... I bought this thing called "Silver Powder" from Mario Badescu and used it three times now and it doesn't seem like it's helping and alittle too harsh for my dry/sensitive skin.

What can I do to make these blackheads go away? Is there a laser procedure to remove them? and If yes, is it safe for dark skin? I am korean, and my skin tone is alittle darker than normal koreans but not very dark. I heard getting a laser on a dark skin could make uneven skin tone.
