Hi I m 55, going thru menopause and having hot flashes terrible. These I can handle. Recently, I started getting nose bleeds after blowing my nose. I ve been keeping track of my blood pressure and that is 135/80. What could be causing these nose bleeds?

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your blood pressure is normal. Do you have habit of nose pricking. If you does then it can be due to that. Other reason possible are sinusitis or any mass growth. Examination with an ENT specialist is well appreciated. In case of sinusitis nasal decongestants and antibiotics will be helpful. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
