What Could Be The Cause Of Constant Sweating While On Vancomycin?
Hey i just had a quick question I was just on vancomycin 1.25Gm/50mL and I had the pic line takin out on friday night since then I have been having extremely bad heat sweats but I feel normal otherwise just the constant sweating. I didin t know if this was normal or some kind of withdrawl from it.

Vancomycin id not well known to cause such problems. Still you might be getting an allergic reaction to it ..
It is usually givdn intravenously so tell us in detail when you got the first dose..
Also if you had any itching and redness over the body..
