welcome to H.C.M.Forum. it is the sebum means secretion from sweat glands, to keep the skin moist. when this secretion is more may come out on squeesing. this excess secretion will cause acne also. eat more of green leefy vegetables fruits and drink more water. VIT.A rich foods like carrot and fish also help this secretion. thank you.

hi, it is the secretion from swet glands called sebum. Take staeming twice in a week. Donoy eat much oil and spicy food. Take plenty of water , green vegetables.
