What Could Be The Cause Of Giddiness?

I ve just fallen over again. the last time was last week , crossing the road! fortunately this time I was in the garden. II always feel a bit giddy , on and off, for a few hours before . For example today I felt giddy at about 11 this morning and it carried on even through lunch. I took some paracetamol and lay down for a bit and then found the blood pressure monitor afterwards which read at 107/73 so that s OK. My blood glucose was a bit high today - reading 11 before lunch so I took 4 units of novorapid ( I just usually stick to Levimir before bed). It is now 7.2 so it can t be blood sugars that are cranky. Perhaps I should just pick my feet up! Do you have any suggestions? Sorry, don t bother to reply. I didn t realize I had to pay.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that you do have a couple of disease and that is hypertension and diabetic and in my opinion this is to be monitor closely for fluctuation, you have not mentioned your age and gender this was important here, hope you understand this, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
