What Could Be The Cause Of Watery And White Loose Motions?

Hi

My daughter is 13 months old. For the past 5 days she has a loose motion.t initially she had a vomiting but it stopped in 2days. Yesterday consulted doctor and gave her few drops like zinc dry powder for suspension, bifilac powder. Still she continues loose motion for 5 to 6 times a day with watery and white in colour. Her weight is 8.4 kg. She is normal in health wise like no fever or no stomach ache or no dehydration. The information would like to know what is the cause for that. I is that anything serious?
