What Could Be The Cause Pain All Over The Body?
I am a 51 yr. old female and feel like I am in constant pain all over my body. Its tolerable sometimes but every so often it gets unbearable. I know its not a cold. What else could it be? I'm trying to stay away from ibuprofen because it thins the blood.

Generalized body aches if recent , developed acutely can be because of Viral infection, jaundice , or any other infection.
But if it is chronic it might be due to anemia , thyroid problems , fibromyalgia.
