What Could Be The Life Span Of One Having Stage 4 Inoperable Cervical Cancer ?
My mother (70 years old) was diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable cervical cancer today. She is diabetic, overweight , and has had an arithmia. What is the average survival rate and/or life expectancy for this cancer?
stage four means either 4a : invasion of bladder/rectum mucosa : in this case after receiving palliative chemo or radiation 5 year survival is 15 % but if evidence of remote spread like lung/liver/bone/brain chances is only 6 months.
