What Could Be The Numbness In Hands And Tingling After Traveling For Few Hours In A Car?

Hi so the other day i was riding in the back of my friends car for about an hour and i had just woke up and was feeling weak then i bought a monster drank it and started to feel like myself but after awhile both of my hands began to feel numb and tingle. i have not excercised regularly i have been doing alot of sitting the last couple of weeks do you know what this could be?

Numbness ans tingling sensations post sedentary lifestyles or travellings need nothing but modification of lifestyle and diet. you need a balanced diet a proper excercise and multimvitamins specially b6 and 12 for this tingling go.i am sure its innocuous. compression neuropathies resolve once the pressure on the nerves like in your case is not repeated.
