What Could Be The Reason For Having Fast Heart Beats, Palpitations And Breathlessness While Going To Sleep?

Most nights, when I m lying down in bed, about to go to sleep; my heart starts to beat fast, I get palpitations and breathless very easily, I also feel like there is a heavy weight on my chest, almost like a mini heart attack, but less painful. I would like to know what causes this, as I do not have any health problems otherwise, or anxiety issues.

Hi,
From symptoms it seems that there might be possibility of having some cardiac problem.
Consult physician and get examined.
EKG will be of much helpful.
Anxiety might be associated with your symptoms.
