What Could Be The Reason For Improper Digestion, Pain In Shoulders, Neck And Chest?

Hello, i am very worried about my current health, i have had certain back pain in an area for a couple months until last week when it turned into like a real bad sprain in the shoulder, the neck, chest, now my digestive system is not working properly, i have lot of diff pains in shoulder at certain points, feeling sick, tired and weak, I have been to the doctors so many times and been checked over, my blood pressure is good, heart rate and everything is normal, i have been for a blood test and now going for a scan on my stomach. I saw a doctor today who said the pain is in an area of a lot of musscle and do not worry as its probably not cancer. But what else could this be?

It will be more helpful if you mention in detail about the problem you are facing regarding your digestive system.
Also mention any medicine that you have taken for your symptoms.
I would also like to know your job profile to know the cause of your pain.

After reading your post, I would advise that you should go for an MRI of the cervical and thoracic spine.

You can take painkiller like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with muscle relaxant like chlorzoxazone along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once daily before meals.
Physiotherapy of the back will be helpful.
