What Could Be The Reason For Intense Bloating In My Stomach?
for about 4 months I have been getting intense stomach bloating and severe stomach like quivers I was in the hospital twice they checked my pancreas liver and heart aorta with nothing found out my bloodwork also came back negative was wondering what the cause could be my doctor wants me to get a colonoscopy and if that comes back negative he wants me to have a scope to my stomach do you have any idea what this could be I seem to be getting it about every 2 weeks

from your symptoms your doctor might be suspecting Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD) and gastric ulcer. IBD can be ruled out by doing a colonoscopy and gastric ulcers can be ruled out by Gastroscopy.
Let him do the necessary investigations to find out actual cause for your symptoms and to start right treatment.

This may due to hyperperistalsis ( this is kind of wave generating inside the guts which helps in propagating the intestinal contain ahead ) this wave some times became hyperactive with no specific reason, but the mental stress could be possible near cause for this, and this is will go away without any treatment, at the most Dicyclomine and chlorzepoxide can be taken these will help you a lot,,If I would be your doctor then I would definitely tried these medicine, before advising you for any invasive investigative procedure, take care have nice day.
