What Could Be The Reasons For Having Panic Attacks, Shortness Of Breath And Faster Heart Rate?

I've having panic attacks lately, I get a shortness of breath and a fast heart rate and it's gotten to a point when I worry about something so much I end up getting a bad nights sleep and then I feel ill in the morning. This happens a couple of times a week, I'm really worried about it.

Panic attacks may be symptoms of an anxiety disorder.
There is no specfic cause for panic attacks but panic is understood to be the result of a combination of biological vulnerabilities, ways of thinking, and environmental factors like social stressors.
Panic attacks are real and potentially quite emotionally disabling.
It can be controlled by treatment and it is essential to get treatment.
Because of the disturbing physical signs and symptoms that accompany panic attacks, they may be mistaken for heart attacks or some other life-threatening medical illness.
Treatments available for controlling panic attacks, including several effective medical treatments, and specific forms of psychotherapy.
Medications include sertraline , paroxetine, escitalopram , and citalopram from the SSRI group, duloxetine and venlafaxine from the SSNRI group, and clonazepam and lorazepam from the benzodiazepine group.

Thus consult a psychiatrist and get properly treated.
