What Could Cause Continuous Pain In Neck,shoulder And Arms?

my daughter 15 years old, she was suffering neck, solder and arms pen last 3 years, i consult nuro, artho, physicen and as per advise done x-reys, CT scan and MRI last year but report was normal. ( my daughter since 2 year old she gone one major accident, she fall down 5th Flore to ground flower, that time she was one week unconsciousness, CT scan report shone miner blood cloting but after 2 month long observation and medic en treatment she was recovered. )
