What Could Cause Eye Twitch And Fatigue?
For past few weeks been complaining of various neurological issues. My eyes twitch, very fatigued. Have episodes where I went to the ER because my legs stiffened up, and then started shaking. Loss off appetite as well. Had MRI and CT scan of head, came out normal. General bloodwork normal. What could this be?

Decrease in Sodium may result in some symptoms described by you.
