What Could Cause Fever With Shaking Chills?

I have a high fever usually at night, about 38 to 39°C, at times i felt shaking chills also, i have body malaise, back pain, a bit of dry cough and night sweat. During daytime I'm a bit ok.. I just take some ibuprofen+paracetamol. Is it pneumonia or some other else? is it serious? I felt it for almost a month already on and off.. Thank you!

It could be maleria.
get investigation done.
fever with chills is always seen with malerial fever.
also look for urine infection.

Maleria
filleria
septicaemia &
urine infection

are the possibility.
