What Could Cause Foam Leak From Mouth During Sleep?

my 3 year old became unresponisve while sleeping the other night he often snores and occasionaly foams at the mouth. That night he was snoring very loud and had a lot of foam he was unresponisve for about 5 minutes when he came to his pupils were huge?
