Hello, Thank you for the query. Just because you are overweight and feeling fatigue does not mean you have diabetes. Diabetes is a disease which shows symptoms including increased thirst, urination, appetite.Yes it is increasing day by day due to life style changes.Obesity or overweight does have increased risk of getting this.As a precautionary measure your doctor has advised to check your blood sugar level, so you come to know the reports soon.So don't worry till you get the reports. Practice healthy habits like exercise, daily walking, avoid junk foods,do not take stress etc will help you living healthy. Hope this helps.Take care. Thank you.
