What Could Low Grade Fever Be With Little Raised Bumps On Chest/abdomen?

Hi, my 9 year old son ran a low grade fever for 3 days and had little raised bumps on his chest/abdomen. He didn t itch and Motrin took the fever away. Now I found out that my 2 and 5 year old great niece and nephew had similar problems along w/my 58 year old brother.

Dear Madam,

It can be a sign of viral fever , You will need to see a pediatricain for this as the rash needs to be seen.
