General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to laryngitis which is an inflammation of the larynx. I recommend using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen three times a day. I also suggest to drink liquids and rest. If the symptoms continue, I recommend to take oral antibiotics to treat the infection such as Augmentin 625 mg for a week.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
