What Could Show Empty Uterus In Ultrasound While Being Pregnant?
I am about 6 weeks pregnant lastnight I went to the ER after I was having a lot of cramps and I was spotting. My cervix is still closed and my pregnancy level was 7000 but when they did an ultrasound my uterous was empty...They want me to come back in a couple days but what could be going on.

it can either be that you are having a normal pregnancy on the way of its appearance or that it was an abortion or it can even be that you are having a tubal pregnancy in which case it puts you in danger
just look at hcg level exactly after 24hrs to look for a normal rise; double the value ie., 14000
