What Could Undigested Food In Stool, Clear Sputum, Flatulence, Gurgling Stoamch With Light Brown Stool Indicate?

Hi there,
I been having undigested food in my stool occasional clear sputum, flatulence 15x/day average, and I hear constant gargling in my stomach. I dont have diarrhea, stomach cramps just soft stool scale 1-10 1 the very least and 10 to most extremely soft, I would give my stool 5 as far as the softness is concern. My stool color is baseline light brown or tan, no blood is present. Could this be an HIV sign of infection?

Hello,
I can understand your concern for your health.
No this are not symptoms of HIV.
These symptoms are suggestive of simple indigestion.
Insufficient intestinal digestive enzyme is common cause for this.
Avoidance of fat-rich diet, use of intestinal digestive enzyme supplementation, use of anti-acidity medication, use of medication to improve small intestine movement might be helpful to reduce intensity of your symptoms.
In case of persistence of symptoms after above mentioned treatment, you should consider to undergo upper GI endoscopy to rule out inflammation (redness and swelling) in starting part of small intestine.
