What Diet Plan To Take To Gain Weight ?

Hello sir, pls tell how to gain weight and muscle. I am 18 years old and my weight is 55 kg and height 5 10 . Pls tell what to eat and what exercise i should do. And lastly i want to say that i have joint problem and doing 4 year medical course.

If you want to gain muscle mass you need to eat diet rich in protein like cereals, pulses, eggs, chicken, lean meat. Diet rich in calcium like milk, cheese, paneer can be had. Also eat 4-5 peanuts, almonds for vegetable oil and protein, calcium source. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Join a Gym and do graded weight bearing exercises to gain muscle mass. Exercise everyday to maintain metabolic rate at a high. May I know what joint problem you have. You should get treatment for your joint problem and don't exert much on that joint.

thanks sir,for your advice.
I want to tell that i have pain in my knee, shoulder and backbone. Its Not too much but i feel pain sometimes.
So i consult doctor he tell that i have to do 4 year course of injection named ''longacilin 12 lac'' after every 21 days.
So would you like to give me some more advice. If yes, pls tell,
and yes i want to gain weight, sir. So, tell what should i do.
And thanks for your this advice.
