What Do The Findings In MRI Suggest, Have History Of Stroke?

I had a stroke nearly 2 years back.The very recent MRI states 1. Evidence of gliosis noted in the right deep temporal lobe adjacentto adjacent to the thalamus & the basal ganglia. 2.normal grey/ white matter demarcation is noted. 3. will you please comment ? Regards, shah

Fortunately it can be called normal brain MRI
Gliosis are caused from hypoperfusion so an ultrasound of carotid artery is recommended.
You should take baby aspirin daily
