What Do You Suggest For The Pain In Thracic Area Of My Spine When On Yoga?
Hi I am a 42 year old healthy male ( non smoker) I took up casual employment of an extremely repetitive and arduous nature prior to Christmas. Since then I have had pain in multiple areas of my back. I find I can sleep for probably 1 hour at a time before the pain in the thoracic area of my spine becomes too much. The pain seems to lesson as I go through the day and can all but disappear by evening onLy resurface as soon as I go to bed. I have contacted my own dr and was referred for an X-ray of the area. Evidently all is normal apart from a bit of wear and tear. I have attended a physio with little effect and was advised to start yoga which I have been doing for three weeks now. I have sufferer from anxiety both general and health for most of my life and am finding the lack of sleep and general discomfort most troubling. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Steven Gardner

What Do You Suggest For The Pain In Thracic Area Of My Spine When On Yoga?
Hi, I have read your query. You should try to avoid doing work by bending position also try to avoid sitting in-front of computer as much as you can. You should consult psychiatrist who would advise you antidepressants like fluoxetine etc and diazepam. Continue doing yoga it will definetly help you. Till you see doctor you can take 1 tablet aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside three times a day by discussing it with your doctor. I hope it helps. Thanks.
