What Does CT Of Pelvis With Oral Contrast Suggest?

Good evening Dr. and thank you for your time, recently had CT of pelvis without intravenous contrst with oral contrast....report came back with , focal protrustion from the redundant transverse colon, there is focal fluuid collection with a few dots od air and extending to the skin surface, highly worrisome for a colon-abdominal wall fistula with abscess.....
