What Does MRI Report Suggest About Severe Lower Back Pain?
Hi, I've been suffering with sever lower back pain for quite some time now and precribed perckocets for pain, which doesn't help much. I had an MRI done w/o contrast. Can you help me better understand the results as follows? IMPRESSION: "AT THE LEVEL OF L4-L5 THERE IS A BROAD-BASED DISC BULGE COUPLED WITH FACET JOINT HYPERTROPHY AND LIGAMENTUM FLAVUM THICKENING CAUSING MILD CENTRAL CANAL AND MILD TO MODERATE BILATERAL NEUROFORAMINAL NARROWING". Please help. Thanks

Morr over you have narrowing of your canal so it affects your nerve roots passes through it. You should consult a spine specialists and take treatment accordingly. Physiotherapy will also help you.
