Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a suspicious density in the right apical zone, which can not be able to see due to the clavicle and dense anatomical structures.
2.That can be better visualised by an apical view - where the x-ray tube is angulated in such way that x-ray penetration is better.
3.Infilatrates has been seen partially in right upper zone - possibilities of the tuberculosis should be ruled out in first place, as its most common location for the tuberculosis.
4.In case if not able to distinguish an HRCT - high resolution computer tomography might be needed.
5.Treatment wil depend on the findings, for general infiltrate an antibiotic course will be helpful. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
