Hello,

This is suggestive of leukoencephalopathy which is a very uncommon disease manifestation.

It is also called labrum syndrome and it may be associated with seizures and developmental delay.

The progression and clinical features can be variable and aggressive.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
