What Does Bulky Retroverted Uterus Suggest?

hi, i m 32 yrs old , 5ft.3inches tall n weigh 53 kgs i underwent a laproscopic surgery for cystic teratoma in my rt ovary 15 days before but as per reports my uterus is bulky retroverted n appears normal. the endocervix is prominent in size, left ovary appears normal n shows a dominant follicle. is there anything i should worry about...kindly suggest
