What Does Enlarged Liver And Heart With Rapid Weightloss In A Child Mean?

my son is austistic, and he has had a rapid weight loss of 20 plus pounds in a month. We took him to get an xray which showed an enlarged liver and also an enlarged heart. my wife is in the medical field and we are getting no answer from the radiologist only that he has sent the xray out for a second opinion and I am so worried
