What Does Enlarged Uterus With Single Gestational Sac Of 7.4mm Mean?

this is my report of Ultra sound scan ,enlarged in size with a single gestational sac of 7.4mm, no fetal node is seen approximate gestational age is 5 to 6 weeks. internal OS is closed. cervical canal length 27.6mm no retrospect bleed present Can i conceive or not?

Hello

Your findings suggests pregnancy.This indicated by presence of G-sac in uterus.
Fetal pole should have been visualized by this period.
At present stage,you need follow up ultrasound after 2 weeks.If fetal pole is still not visualized then it may be considered as missed abortion.

Other findings are normal.Internal os is closed and there is no clot.
