Hi, Thanks for using healthcaremagic. Your wife's ultrasound report says mild pelvicalyceal fullness. The diameter is 8mm. Upto 10 mm the diameter is considered normal. Also a few patients have mild dilatation even upto 15 mm diameter which resolves by the end of term or within 3-4 weeks after delivery. There is no need to worry. Even the ureters and right kidney is normal. This further proves that there is nothing to worry. You should go for a regular checkup at a later date maybe around 30-32 weeks and hopefully it might have been resolved by then. Hope it sorts your problem.
