What Does Fever, Chest Tightness, Headaches And A Sore Back Indicate?
I am a 26 year old female. I have had a fever ranging from 99.5-100.9 since Thursday morning. My chest feels tight, my head aches and my back is sore. I am very tired and wear out easily. I have been taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen which will lower my fever, but not always. I don't usually get sick so I am wondering is this just a cold or the flu?

You might be suffering from a lower respiratory tract infection, which might require antibiotics.
Do visit a physician regarding this.
In the meantime, drink plenty of warm fluids.
Steam inhalation 3 or 4 times a day.
