What Does Irregular Gestational Sac No Visible Fetal Pole Yet Indicate?
hi, i miss my period on May. i went to the hosp and was tested positive i went to do scan on 7th June which stated normal gestational sac with visible yolk sac in the cavity without fetal pole at 5wk. i went back on the 5th july again which also stated irregular gestational sac no visible fetal pole yet. so i decided to go to a different place the scan again which also stated bulky enlarged with gestation sac and fetal pole at 6w 6d. pls i am confuse

Sorry to know about the findings.Probably you are suffering from missed abortion.
Fetal pole should have been visualized by this time.
Missed abortion is indicated by non visualization of fetal pole at this age and irregular G-sac.
You need follow up USG after 10 days.
Proper treatment depend upon follow up USG findings.So,you should wait till next USG.
