What Does It Mean If Anti-dsDNA Test Is Positive ?
Anti Dsdna is Postive, other ANA and Anti native DNA is negative..pls help dear sir, i have leg , pain after urinating, urologist asked to do several test ANA---------- Negative ANCA--------- Negatve Antibody to dsDNA - Postive and counts : 96.6 uI/mL.i have consulted a rheumathologist.. he has done the anti native dna screening and the result is negative as 1:10 DIL Substrate .. kindly advice about my health condition

Kindly provide more information about your health problem. Are you having any joint pain, any swelling, any skin rash. This means that your Doctor says that the Test for Anti-dsDNA are not significantly positive. Not to worry. Whatever advise Rheumatology Doctor gives, do continue with that. You could be having non-specific arthritis or Reiter's disease. You can get tested for Chlamydia if advised. Drink plenty of water. Use condom which prevents from STD while having sex.
