What Does It Mean When The Right Tube S Demonstrated
What does it mean when the right tube s demonstrated with free peritoneal spillage but d left is outlined beading appearance,no evidence of free peritoneal spillage seen, normal cervical noted. And pls what s d best treatment WWW.WWWW.WW ng/foreign_grads/foreign-requirements.php
Hi.
Thanks for yor query.
This is the report of the HSG.
The right fallopian tube of the uterus is normal and has a free passage, which is very important to have a pregnancy , and in your case is sufficient to cause pregnancy.
The left fallopian tube is showing beaded appearance. This is taken as a classical sign of tuberculosis unless proved otherwise.
You can opt for further tests for tuberculosis and opt for empirical treatment with anti-tubercular medicines. This may open-up this left tube.
Another option would be to undergo diagnostic as well as therapeutic Laparoscopy and biopsy and /or treatment if need.
All the best.
