What Does Mildly Hyperechoic Ovoid Structure In The Cervix Measuring 1.1cm Mean ?
I just recently had a pelvic/transvaginal US because of heavy cycles. I just got the results and it states i have a mildly hyperechoic ovoid structure in the cervix measuring 1.1 cm. What does this mean, should I be worried. I have 2 children and had vaginal deliveries.

As such, the structure could be a harmless Nabothian cyst, which is a fluid filled age related change on the cervix.
You should not be worried then.
It could also be fluid collection, or a growth.
