Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
1. The physical attributes- volume of semen, color, pH, appearance and viscosity are all within normal limits.
2. The sperm count of 90 million per ejaculate is also within normal range.
The normal sperm count should be atleast 20 million per ml of semen.
3. The motility of the sperms is low. Atleast 50% of sperms should have rapid linear progression whereas in your case it is only 20 % which is low.
4. The morphology of the sperms is also subnormal i.e. 10%. Atleast 50% of sperms should have normal morphology.
There is presence of 1 white blood cell indicating infection.

The diagnosis is not given on the basis of single report.
You need to get two more semen analysis after minimum of three days of abstinence.
Consult your doctor for treatment of infection before going for repeat tests.

Thanks and take care
