Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the X-ray is as follows:
The X-ray of the spine is done. The X-ray shows certain degenerative changes at the level of thoracic vertebra and lumbar vertebra.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disorder characterized by formation of osteophytes in the vertebrae.
Osteophytes are spur like bony lesions. These bony spurs can cause compression on the surrounding structures and hence damage.
Sclerosis is also a feature of degeneration.
To summarize, there is osteoarthritis of last thoracic vertebra and first lumbar vertebra.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative lesion.
There is no treatment for osteoarthritis ,however, progression of the disease can be slowed down by certain exercises.
You need to consult an orthopedician as well as physiotherapist for management.
Pain killers can be taken for pain.

Thanks and take care
