Reticular densities can be a sign of infection or inflammation of airways. If you have mild cough and irritation in the respiratory passages you need to protect yourself from extreme climate and also avoid exposure to dust. You may also do mouth gargles and if having persistent respiratory complaints then get a clinical examination done. Most likely you might have had a flu.
