What Does Round Dark Spot Near Stomach Of Fetus In Ultrasound Indicate?
there is a round dark spot on our 20 week ultrasound near the baby's stomach... looks like an empty space above the spine on a profile view of the entire baby. on the frontal view it us below the heart. everything else looks normal. any idea what this could be?

It is shadow of gas in stomach and this is absolutely normal. Don't worry at all.if it is absent then there is some problem.
