What Does Seminal Fluid Culture Showing Colonies Of Enterocci Isolated For Pain In Public Area, Legs And Arms Suggest?

Hi Im 42 years old and I got the result of my Seminal fluid Culture. It shows that the colonies of Enterococci were isolated after 48 hrs incubation at 37C under both aerobic & CO2 condition. Sensitive to Azithromycin, augmentin, ciprofloxacin and Vancomycin. What to do? I am having needle pain in my pubic area and my legs and arms. Help me please

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by growth of colonies of enterococci . Normally there shouldn't be any growth of organisms in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Pain in pubic area may be due to infection.
