Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from placenta previa.Placenta is situated in posterior region of the uterus covering the internal os with grade I maturity.
There are still chances of migration of placenta.
You should have follow up scan to detect the shift of placenta.
You should avoid strenuous activity and take adequate rest.

The mode of delivery is determined by clinical state of the mother, fetus and ultrasound findings. In minor degrees (grade I and II),vaginal delivery is possible.
In cases of fetal distress and major degrees (grade III and IV) a caesarean section is indicated.

Hope i have answered your query.
Take Care
