What Does Sonographic Report Mean?

Can you please interpret my Sonographic Report:
The uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 6.5x3.8x3.1cm. (the Cervix measures 2.8x2.1x1.8cm). The Endometrium is triminar measuring0.74cm with intact subendometrial halo.No focal myometrial or endometrial mass seen.

Thanks for writing to HCM

According to USG report, you have absolutely normal findings.
Uterus is normal in size and echotexture.There are no lesions in the uterus.
Cervix is also normal in size.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.It varies with the stage of menstrual cycle.
