What Does The ECG With Elevated Right Ventricular End Indicate?
I am a healthy, active 53 year old female that had an echo due to an abnormal EKG. The result was that I had mild tricuspid regurgitation with a slightly elevated right ventricular end systolic pressure. I am otherwise asymptomatic and tolerate exercise very well. What does this result imply ? I am scheduled to see a cardiologist.
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the echo is suggestive of tricuspid regurgitation this means the leaf let of valve some how became tight and this could be due some infection, the condition need to be kept under observation, if you do not have any clinical symptoms then just don't worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
